Accessibility

Our Goal

The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review pages as they are added and changed.

What We Have Done

• Pages use clear headings and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them by section.
• Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Photos have text descriptions.
• Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast.
• Pages work when zoomed in and on phones, without scrolling sideways.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in words next to the field.
• Nothing plays sound or video on its own.

Known Limits

• Links on the Resources page lead to IRS, Nevada and California websites, which we do not control. Their forms and documents may not be fully accessible.
• The client portal is being expanded, and new features are reviewed for accessibility as they are built.

Please tell us. Describe the page and the problem, and we will provide the information another way and work on a fix.
