C corporation, S corporation and partnership returns, prepared and reviewed by the CPA you talk to. Every legitimate deduction is found, and nothing is filed that cannot be defended.
Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Nevada and California. Member of the AICPA.
A business return is only as good as the understanding behind it. Bill learns how your business actually runs and the tax law that applies to it before he prepares anything. The work is his own, from the first document to the final review.
He prepares federal returns for C corporations (Form 1120), S corporations (Form 1120-S) and partnerships and multi-member LLCs (Form 1065), along with the state filings that go with them.
Nevada has no corporate income tax, but it has its own business taxes, including the Commerce Tax for larger businesses and the Modified Business Tax on payroll. California taxes business income and has its own franchise tax rules.
Bill is licensed in both states. Businesses on either side of Lake Tahoe, or with operations in both, are handled by one CPA who knows both sets of rules.
Estimated payments are worked out during the year from real numbers, so the return holds no surprises. Partnership and S corporation returns are generally due March 15 for calendar-year businesses, and C corporation returns April 15. When an extension makes sense, it is filed on time, and any tax due is still paid by the original date.
